We strive to ensure each Bengal thrives throughout its life. If, for any reason, you are unable to provide a permanent home for your Bengal Cat, we are here to assist.

Initial Adjustment Period & Return Options (Within 72 Hours)

We strongly encourage careful consideration before adopting a Bengal , as they are an intelligent and energetic breed requiring significant commitment. However, we recognize that sometimes, despite best intentions, a placement may not be the right fit.

If, within 72 hours of taking possession of your kitten, you determine that you cannot provide a suitable home, please contact us immediately to discuss the situation. During this initial period, we offer the following options:

1.Return for Rehoming (Partial Refund Consideration): You may return the kitten to Catsusa Bengal kittens home. Upon the kitten’s return in the same healthy condition as when adopted (verified by our veterinarian), we may offer a partial refund of the original purchase price. A restocking and care fee of $350 will be deducted to cover administrative, veterinary check-up, and interim care costs. The availability and amount of any partial refund are subject to the kitten’s condition upon return and are at the discretion of Catsusa Bengal kittens home.

2.Exchange Consideration (Case-by-Case): In rare circumstances, if another available kitten might be a demonstrably better fit for your specific situation and lifestyle, an exchange may be considered. This is evaluated on a case-by-case basis and depends on kitten availability and suitability. Price differences may apply.

Rehoming Assistance (Beyond 72 Hours)

After the initial 72-hour period, no refunds or exchanges will be provided. Our commitment shifts entirely to ensuring the Cat’s future well-being.

If at any point during the Cat’s life you find yourself unable to keep your Catsusa Bengal kittens home, we require that you contact us first. We will:

1.Assist in Rehoming: Work with you to find a suitable, screened new home for the Cat. We maintain a network and interest list for this purpose.

2.Accept Return (No Refund): If direct rehoming is not feasible, we will accept the Cat back into our care (at the owner’s expense for transport) to ensure its safety and facilitate finding it an appropriate new home. No refund or compensation will be provided in this scenario. Our priority is the Cat’s welfare.

Under no circumstances should a Bengal Cats be surrendered to a shelter, rescue organization (without our prior consent), or sold/given away to an unknown third party. Doing so violates our adoption agreement.

Conditions for Return (Within 72 Hours)

For a return within the initial 72-hour window to be eligible for consideration (partial refund or exchange):

• The kitten must be returned promptly after notifying us.
• The kitten must be in the same physical and mental condition as when adopted, free from injury, illness contracted after leaving our care, neglect, or abuse.
• All original paperwork (health records, registration documents if applicable, etc.) must be returned with the kitten.
